Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate events at the party venue.

• Plan and organize event decorations and arrangements.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements.

• Communicate with clients professionally and provide necessary information.

• Coordinate with staff and ensure events run smoothly.

• Manage event-related tasks and handle issues when necessary.

• Maintain event records and prepare reports using MS Excel.

• Support daily venue operations and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Practical knowledge of event management and decoration.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients.
