Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily hotel operations.

• Supervise staff and monitor their performance.

• Handle guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor income, expenses, and financial records.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest safety.

• Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.

• Support the hotel's profitability and business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Previous experience in hotel management or a related position is required.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.

• Knowledge of guest relations and hotel operations.

• Basic understanding of financial management and record-keeping.

• Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
