• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including:

  • Thakali Khana Set

  • Momo

  • Biryani

  • Paratha

  • Pakoda

  • Pizza

  • Burger

  • Other foreign/international food items

• Prepare all food items required for house/restaurant operations.

• Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.

• Manage kitchen preparation and ensure ingredients are properly handled.

• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.

• Support other kitchen duties as required.

• Work efficiently during busy service hours.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• 3–5 years of relevant cooking experience required.

• Must have strong experience in both Nepali and international cuisine.

• Must be able to prepare Thakali food, momo, biryani, paratha, pakoda, pizza, burger, and other dishes.

• Must be capable of preparing a wide variety of food independently.

• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

• Must be hardworking, active, and responsible.
