Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Handle billing and enter transaction records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing entry skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: NPR 20,000.
• Weekly 1 day off.
