Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements.
• Manage sales performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Handle administrative and operational issues as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to manage operations, staff, and customer relations effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: NPR 40,000 – 60,000 (Based on experience and competency).
• Weekly one day off.
