Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage items according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Handle customer orders efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements when necessary.
• Follow food safety and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
