Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff recruitment and selection processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and training programs.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Handle payroll coordination and employee documentation.
• Manage employee performance evaluation processes.
• Maintain positive staff relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support management in HR planning and workforce management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, attendance, payroll, and performance management.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, professional, and capable of working independently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month
• Saturday Off
