Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities):

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Provide information about DishHome recharge services
• Guide customers on recharge process and support
• Assist customers in recharge and service-related queries
• Maintain good communication with customers
• Update basic customer records if required

• Ability to handle customer calls politely
