Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Samakhusi, Indra Bhaban, Kathmandu
Industry: Travel Agency

Job Responsibilities:

• Book flight tickets and manage reservations

• Check fares and ticket availability

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

• Maintain records of bookings and transactions

• Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12 Passed

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication and writing skills

• Must have prior experience in ticketing and travel services

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary & Benefits:
