Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to handle flight bookings and provide customer support in a travel agency. The candidate must have prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, and cancellations
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Assist clients with travel-related information
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
• Coordinate with airlines and customers

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12 Passed
• 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency (mandatory)
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally
