Job Description
Answering phones
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Take messages for guests and staff
- Route calls to the appropriate person or department
Managing appointments Schedule and confirm appointments or reservations, Maintain and update the booking system, and Organize and maintain managers' calendars.
Maintaining the reception area
- Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
- Ensure the reception area is tidy
Clerical tasks
- Perform basic clerical tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Update appointment calendars
- Validate parking tickets
Customer service
- Respond to inquiries from guests in the public
- Provide accurate information about services, facilities, hours of operation, and policies
- Resolve issues or direct them to the correct party for resolution
