Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads received from expos, Facebook, Instagram, websites, and other social media platforms.

• Maintain and regularly update the customer and lead database.

• Coordinate with Sales Officers for lead conversion and follow-up.

• Prepare and maintain quotation and agreement records.

• Enter and update customer and lead data in CRM/ERP systems.

• Track lead status, follow-up dates, and conversion progress.

• Prepare regular lead and sales follow-up reports.

• Maintain proper records and ensure the confidentiality of quotations and agreements.

• Support customer communication and follow-up activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• Previous relevant experience is required.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good general communication and writing skills.

• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and work with CRM/ERP systems.

• Must have a valid Category A (Motorcycle/Scooter/Moped) driving license.
