Job Responsibilities

• Provide counselling and guidance to clients and candidates.

• Communicate with clients regarding employment and recruitment opportunities.

• Explain relevant job and manpower-related information clearly.

• Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate support.

• Maintain proper records and follow up with candidates and clients.

• Coordinate with the team to support daily recruitment activities.

• Perform other counselling and administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required.

• Good English communication and writing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good client-handling and communication skills.
