• Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Morning Shift)

                               10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer care and communication professionally.

• Guide customers regarding Ceragem therapy and provide proper customer service.

• Demonstrate products and explain their features and usage.

• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the center.

• Assist with other customer service activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor Passed.

• Previous customer care or related experience is preferred.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic understanding of customer service and relationship management.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
