Job Responsibilities

• Handle the sale of land and houses.

• Promote and sell various properties to potential customers.

• Communicate with clients and understand their property requirements.

• Follow up with prospective buyers and support the complete sales process.

• Conduct property-related sales and marketing activities.

• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide professional assistance.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor Running.

• Previous experience in property or real estate sales is required.

• Good knowledge of property sales and marketing.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Confident and capable of handling sales independently.

• Basic knowledge of property/real estate products and market trends.
