Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations.
• Lead, guide, and support store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and minimize stock losses.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and overall store standards.
• Prepare reports and monitor store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor Passed.
• Relevant experience in store operations or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
