Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
• Confirm customer orders through phone communication.
• Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information.
• Maintain good communication with customers.
• Follow up on orders and coordinate as required.

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Active, responsible, and polite personality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
