Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock records and monitor inventory.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
• Support smooth day-to-day store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills with good English proficiency.
• Good problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage daily operations effectively.
