Position: Digital Marketing
Location: Samakhusi, Kathmandu
Industry: Manpower
Duty Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all indoor marketing activities for the company.
• Attract and recruit potential candidates for manpower services.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase candidate registrations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.
• Achieve recruitment and marketing targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth marketing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma-level computer skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Strong marketing, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable
• Commission: 40%–50% commission based on the number of successful candidate placements. 
• Holiday: One day off per week
