Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and handle jewelry sales professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide product information and assist customers in selecting suitable items.
• Support daily store operations and maintain an organized showroom.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a gold or jewelry store.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Active, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Ability to communicate professionally and work in a customer-facing role.
