- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Support daily customer service and administrative operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Hardworking, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Age preference: 25–30 years.
