Working Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Location: Basundhara, Tokha-5, Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategies
• Promote overseas employment services to international clients and partners
• Build strong relationships with global employers and recruitment agencies
• Lead and manage the marketing and promotion team
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract job seekers and recruiters
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, advertising, and online promotions
• Monitor market trends in overseas recruitment services
• Work closely with management to achieve company growth objectives
• Prepare marketing reports and present results to senior management

Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good computer skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
