Job Responsibilities:

• Present houses, land, apartments, and commercial properties through videos.
• Conduct property tours and walkthrough videos.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Interview property owners, buyers, and real estate experts.
• Prepare scripts and present real estate market updates.
• Promote company services through professional video content.
• Assist in branding and digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Confident in speaking Nepali (English proficiency is an advantage).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable appearing in videos and live sessions.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Creative, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Experience in content creation, hosting, media, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
