Job Description

• Sell gift items to customers
• Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer messages (online inquiries)
• Assist in basic shop management and display
• Handle small delivery tasks if required (using ride services like inDrive)

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass
• Basic computer skills preferred
• If not, must be able to reply to messages properly
• Smart, active, and good communication skills
• Ability to deal with customers effectively
• Willing to handle small deliveries when needed
