Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Officer / Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Schedule appointments and maintain records
- Support internal team with basic office work
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Additional Information:
- Candidates must have prior experience in a similar role
- Immediate joiners are preferred
