Working Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)

Holiday: Saturday Off

Salary: NPR 25,000 – 35,000

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the target market
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Present and explain logistics services to clients
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for timely service delivery
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (A category)
• Ability to work independently and handle field visits
• Mentally and physically fit
