- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift: Day Shift
- Location: Chabahil, Kathmandu
- Weekly Off: Saturday
We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join as a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer / Administrative Assistant. This is an entry-level position suitable for both freshers and candidates with some experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Respond to emails in a timely and effective manner
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
- Assist with general administrative and documentation tasks
- Maintain records and ensure proper filing of documents
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
- Good communication and writing skills (English required)
- Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
