Job Description: Marketing Executive (Outdoor)

Job Details:

• Location: Lalitpur (Kumaltar, Satdobato)
• Shift: Day Shift (9 AM – 6 Pm)
• Weekly Off: Saturday

We are looking for a smart and energetic Outdoor Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for client interaction, field visits, and promoting company services.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and close deals
• Explain company services clearly to potential customers
• Generate new customers and leads
• Conduct field visits regularly
• Create videos of rooms/properties for marketing purposes

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be smart, confident, and presentable
• Must have a bike with a valid license (A category)
