Balaju, Bhatt Bateni (Opposite Site), Kathmandu

Working Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and responsible Customer Service Representative to handle calls, process orders, and respond to customer messages for an online store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls

• Process customer orders and maintain order records

• Respond to customer messages promptly

• Provide excellent service and support to customers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12 Passed

• Must have good communication skills

• Smart, polite, and able to deal effectively with customers

• Knowledge of Excel is required
