Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for 2 female Customer Service Representatives to work in a call center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to customers regarding Dishhome recharge

• Provide information and assist customers with recharge services

• Handle customer inquiries professionally

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Must be smart, confident, and able to communicate well

• Physically and mentally fit

Job Details:

• Working hours: 8 hours per day 

• Leave: 4 days off per month

• Location: Budhanilkantha, Rudreshwor Chowk, Kathmandu
