Position: Sales Assistant

Industry: Transportation & Logistics (Logistics Service)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Passed
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Kalimati-13, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients in the target market

2. Generate leads through phone calls, networking, referrals, and outdoor marketing

3. Build and maintain good relationships with clients through regular follow-ups

4. Conduct presentations to showcase the company's logistics services and value proposition

5. Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing the company to potential clients

6. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure services are accurate and delivered on time

7. Collect and share information about market trends and competitor activities

8. Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

9. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

10. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

11. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the line manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (freshers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply)

• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently

Vehicle Required: Motorcycle, Scooter, or Moped

Other Information:
