Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Sector: E-commerce (Online Store)
Location: Samakhusi, Tokha, Kathmandu
Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
Education Required: 12 Pass
Experience: Fresher/Experienced (Both can apply)

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Handle customer calls professionally

• Reply to customer messages on online platforms

• Take online orders from customers

• Pack products properly for delivery

• Assist customers with inquiries and order details

• Support daily online store operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Must be able to deal with customers politely and confidently

• Good communication skills (must speak clearly)

• Experience will be an added advantage

• Active, honest, and responsible
