Job Responsibilities

• Provide information to customers regarding parcel weight, rate, size, delivery time & charges

• Communicate and deal with customers professionally

• Guide clients clearly about service process and requirements

• Maintain good customer service and support

• Experience required

• Smart, confident and good personality

• Strong English communication skills

• Two–wheeler (scooty) preferred but not mandatory

Salary

• NPR 25,000+ (Based on experience)
