About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Handler to manage social platforms, respond to customer messages, and assist with order processing and packaging for online sales (e.g., Daraz).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare online orders for delivery.

• Respond to messages and inquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms.

• Coordinate with customers regarding orders and updates.

• Support daily operations of the shop as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass

• Prior experience in social media handling and online order management

• Responsible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
