Job Description
Project management
- Oversee projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects meet legal requirements
- Manage budgets and purchase equipment and materials
- Schedule material and equipment deliveries
- Prepare project plans
- Monitor project progress
Construction Lead and direct construction teams, Supervise on-site progress, Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments, and Follow up construction activities at the site.
Communication
- Communicate with clients, project managers, government officials, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors and architects
Risk management
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
- Provide technical advice and creative solutions
- Ensure high standards of construction and safety
Other responsibilities
- Stay up to date on changing zoning laws and regulations
- Write bid proposals and environmental impact statements
